A fine Derby porcelain portrait figure of John Wilkes holding a pamphlet inscribed `Bill of Rights`. Wilkes became Lord Mayor of London in 1775.
Restoration to putto`s right foot and two of the gold bows and a very small chip on cloak.
c. 1772-5.
